St. James Santee Episcopal Church

St. James, Santee, Parish, was incorporated in 1706. The building pictured here was built in 1768 on the King's Highway and is the fourth church erected in this parish. The church still stands today and services are conducted once a year. It is about fifteen miles south of Georgetown.
